10 easy steps to organising your successful wedding

Step 1 View venue and discuss requirements.
 
Step 2 Provisionally book the venue together with any bedroom requirements.  
 
Step 3 Confirm the booking, returning the contract along with the required deposit.
 
Step 4 Hotel will confirm details back to you in writing.
 
Step 5 Relax!!!!
 
Step 6 Make an appointment to meet with your hotel wedding co-ordinator to discuss requirements such as menus, drinks & entertainment.
 
Step 7 Receive a detailed letter from the hotel confirming the plan of events and costings as discussed. Estimated balance is required 1 month before the day.
 
Step 8 2 weeks before the wedding submit final numbers for the day along with a working table plan.
 
Step 9 1-2 days before The Wedding deliver the place cards, display table plan, camera, cake etc to the venue.
 
Step 10 THE BIG DAY ARRIVES………. RELAX & BE PAMPERED.
